Sue Ott: Director and Coach
I have been married for 28 years and have 3 great kids, Amber, Amanda, & Nick. I recently became a grandmother of a beautiful boy, Gabe. I own 3 Pomeranian-Gizmo, Tessa, & Maggie who are spoiled and undisciplined. I work at Shippensburg High School as a Learning Support Aide.
I have been coaching cheerleading for about 18 years. I started out coaching youth cheerleading through Shippensburg youth football and basketball. I became the cheerleading director in youth football before moving into a coaching position at Shippensburg Middle School. I spent 14 years as a coach at the Middle School and started the All Star Rebels Competitive Cheerleading Program in the summer of 2001.
I enjoy working with youth and enjoy coaching, especially competitive cheerleading. We have a low key program that strives to teach and be competitive, but still have fun. We not only work on cheerleading but also qualities that they can carry with them in anything they do. I do not really have a coaching philosophy that I live by. I just try and be a coach with a good work ethic, teach as much as I possibly can, and provide a positive atmosphere to every girl that comes through the program. I feel all of our coaches "practice what we preach" and try to be good role models and people.

I am the 27 year old daughter of Sue Ott (director and coach of the Rebels) and recently become the proud mother of a beautiful baby boy, Gabe. I currently work at Knutes Pub and Grill in Shippensburg. Prior to that I spent 5 1/2 years serving in the U.S. Army as an MP. I spent 2 tours of duty in Iraq with the 3rd infantry division. I plan to start classes in the fall to become and Elementary Teacher.
I absolutely love taking pictures and hope to minor in photography in college. I have experience in photographing weddings, group pictures, portraits, and still life.
I became involved in cheerleading when I was 9 years old. I started out in the youth programs in Shippensburg. I cheered on the Pistons in youth basketbll and the on the Redskins in youth football. I was involved in cheerleading at both Shippensburg Middle and High Schools. I served as a cheerleading captain on the Middle School squad and during my years of cheering I earned numerous awards and also earned the opportunities to participate in the Capitol One Bowl in Florida and the Christmas Parade at Disney World in Florida. Since moving back to Shippensburg, I have become involved with the All Star Rebels by becoming the program photographer.
